We invite you to join us for the upcoming Chapter Meeting of the Central Alabama ISSA. This event will be held on February 2nd, 2023 at the Werkplas. Meetings going forward will be in-person events. Parking is free, ramp located on the left side of Von Maur and park in the south parking deck. Should visitor parking be full, the gate will be open to allow for overflow parking. You will pass the entrance to the building going to the parking deck. Come in through the glass doors, take the elevator and come up to the 14th floor to go to the event space

During this meeting, our panel keynote speakers will discuss Red vs Blue. There will also be networking opportunities and a chance to connect with other members of the Central Alabama ISSA community.

Speakers: Brad Causey and Craig Gray

Brad Causey is an active member of the security and forensics community worldwide. He focuses his time on web application security in the global and enterprise arena and is a member of the OWASP Global Projects Committee. As an OWASP contributor and web application enthusiast, Brad holds many industry-recognized certificates such as the CISSP, MCSE, C|EH, CIFI, and CGSP. He is a security architect, penetration tester, and incident response specialist with over a decade of experience in configuring, designing, and auditing Windows and Linux platforms, including LDAP, AD, and web applications.

Craig Gray is an experienced IT Leader with 23 years of experience including 16 years as a CIO in Higher Education. He currently serves as the Director of Security Operations for UAB Medicine. He has earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and has attained CISA and CISM certification with ISACA. More importantly he successfully raised 8 kids without completely losing his mind.
